I've got a 10g cycling for a harassed fish refuge...
I've been using the ELITE heaters for 10-15g tanks up to now, but both of mine are acting up. I know everyone loves ebo-jager, but the smallest one I've seen is a 125watt which is kind of overkill on such a small tank. Anyone have suggestions?

I know Ebo-Jager are supposed to be the Rolls Royce of heaters, but there are plenty of decent heaters on the market. I have a couple of "All Glass" heaters, that came in Aquarium kits, that have worked well for me for a couple of years now. The only complaint I have with them is that the temp setting on the dial is not very accurate. I set them for 77 degrees and they kept water temp up around 80. I turned them down a couple of notches and they have been keeping a constant 77 degrees ever scince.

Try this: http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/store_pages/details/heaters.php?product_ID=ht-eb050 (http://www.jlaquatics.com/phpstore/store_pages/details/heaters.php?product_ID=ht-eb050). I use one of these in my 10G.
