A new type of watercraft called the seabreacher (http://www.seabreacher.com/watercraft-videos)built to simulate the swimming, diving and leaping of a dolphin is now for sale. Looks cool! However, the scary part of this is that we will now have high speed craft (almost invisible to other boaters at times) racing around our waters. Once these become popular, it's only a matter of time before serious accidents will happen between these and traditional boats.
To get a real idea what these can do watch the demo video to the end... it's pretty tame at the beginning.

hmmmm... it's cool but but once you get passed the "wow", i can see accidents with the visibility problem (water on "windshield") ... also... we now get another annoying fast (and loud), gasoline guzzling watercraft on the water (can you tell I hate seadoos!)
I'd enjoy a slower, fully submersible (and electric) craft much more...actually getting to see underwater stuff.
Kinda like these :

and you gotta love the BOB!

I like the first one, the Tuvie. (It rather reminds me of something you'd see on the Jetsons.)
The second one (the semi-sub) is like an emersed version of a glass bottom boat.
As for Bob, that's cute. Don't think you'd get very far but it'd be a fun way to go without having to know how to scuba dive.
