According to this article (http://articles.latimes.com/2009/feb/24/business/fi-tvwatching24) in the L.A. Times, Americans watched about 5 hours of television a day in 2008; this site (http://www.digitalhome.ca/2009/10/average-canadian-watches-over-25000-tv-commercials-annually/) says it was a little over 4 hours a day for the same year in Canada.
I find THAT weird.

We Canadians (despite having a harsher climate and less daylight hours in general) apparently aren't as addicted to our TV's as our American counterparts. (maybe we are :GEEK: 's and are more addicted to watching our fish. :wink: ). I tend to watch only about 8-10 hours of TV a week so I guess I'm one of the :wacko: ones who skews the statistics. :laugh:
