I didnt have to work today so i was watching Oprah during the day. And she was talking about a new tv series that is goign to be airing on the discovery channel called "Planet earth". It's a 5 year venture, of videography all over the world of rare wildness moments.
The people involved in the series want to document the beautiful creatures we have on this world at this moment in time, so that there would be some evidence I guess for future generations if these animals do not survive due to many reasons. The major one they are trying to create awareness about is global warming.
A couple of clips were shown and it looks like a really great show. It will air March 25th on Sunday evenings, from what I can remember so families can enjoy the show together. I thought that was such a great idea, and seemed like such a great show I wanted to let you guys know!
