A combo of industry and political pressure I suppose. Some eye-opening information here for fish consumers too.

Eco-marketing: Bait and switch? It'll take a boat load of votes, too.

I like this idea - everyone working together to address the issue, from conservation groups to industry participants. Wal-Mart and even Disney are involved. Conservation groups such as BC's Friends of Clayoquot Sound (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/www.focs.ca) & Living Oceans Society (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/www.livingoceans.org) are also involved.
