Killi-Quebec is a non-profit, informal club that has been meeting around Quebec for close to ten years now. We meet four times per year - twice in the Spring and twice in the Fall. One meeting each season is in the east, one in the west. So far, our membership has covered a distance of five to six hours' hard driving, which is why we alternate venues, and why we don't even try in winter. We have members in close to a dozen cities, towns or villages all over southern Quebec.
We focus on all killifish. Membership dues are five bucks or a pair of killies every once in a while. We intentionally have no executive, and since there are just a few of us (anywhere from 10-30 people) we meet at members' homes. At the end of every meeting there is a small auction.
We work a bit with the AKA, and the Upstate New York Killifish Assocation, and we'd love to contact other Canadian killiekeepers or killie clubs.
