Here's an article in Practical Fishkeeping magazine which can be helpful to many trying to figure out what may have caused fish deaths for what may seem to be no apparent reason:

Who do you blame when your fish die? (http://www.practicalfishkeeping.co.uk/content.php?sid=4225)

And included in this artile is one piece of advice for success in the hobby in genereal: "Fishkeeping is about patience so take your time and get it right." (And even those of us who have been at it for years sometimes struggle with the patience factor... or at least I do at times :Waiting: ).

Oh, I blame me. It usually because I didn't know or notice something I should have!
