I currently have red cherry shrimp in a 10 gallon. I would like to branch out and maybe try another species in the tank. My PH is 7.6, GH is 4. Alkalinity is 69.8 mg/L, Hardness 80 mg/L.
Am I limited in what would breed in my water conditions?

I don't know much about shrimp, but there is this site that seems really good for identifying shrimp and keeping conditions.
www.petshrimp.com (http://www.petshrimp.com) I found it useful for when I was housing my shrimp.
www.shrimpnow.com (http://www.shrimpnow.com) is a good site for shrimp stuff too

I'm thinking of trying some crystal reds in the future with my colony of cherry reds. IIRC, crystal reds prefer to breed in neutral/acidic water. They are different species so they won't cross breed.
Barb, is your pH naturally 7.6 or are you buffering the water?

That is natural, no buffering.
