Oh My GOD!
I have this tiny little tbar cichlid in my 50gal planted community that i have never really payed a ton of attention to, he's a cull that i got mixed in with some tbar cichlids that i won at my aquarium society meeting. Me, knowing culls can live happy and healthly lived wondered why somebody would kill a fish because they are missing things like a gill plate (thats what he is missing BTW). He is doing quite well.
This morning i went down to turn the lights on, along with my camera... and he rushed strate to the front BEGGING for food or something, but he is so curious... and much less shy thyan my other tbars that i keep in a tank with more agressive fish. Here's the pic..
