Duckweed and Quebec???

So does Quebec not have duckweed?? I know we have some Quebec residents on here so I have to ask. It seems my little "fishclubgirl" company does a good business in selling duckweed to Quebec and it's one of my bestsellers(really!!). Anybody from the belle province able to explain my success???

oh... we do have duckweed... lots.

I know of local water holes matted with them.... usually those who get ferts from lawn producers, cattle manure run off...but there are also the ok, natural waterhols too.
I wash it off my waders when I come back from a hunt, ... guess it's a matter of actually wanting a wild source and finding a trustable pond to harvest from.

since yours are home grown, they may be seen as safer. :)
