hi All
I love my egotistic male molly, but I think he's was /is the problem for my male guppies dying. He think's he's the ruler of the tank.. and I want my guppies more than him. Therefore I'm rehoming him. right now he's in a breeders box.. poor thing... but I don't know what else todo!

Livebearers will put on a big show of chasing and being dominant, but they rarely hurt each other and I've never seen a Molly kill anything. Any fish will go after sick fish though, so the Guppies may have some bug or other. Otherwise they're just doing what they do.
Just thought I'd mention that in case it changes your mind.

I just got a new guppy the other day.. had him for 3 days ... he's fine and healthy, he keeps on staying in the corner..... until i take the molly out of the picture .. and then he is all over the tank and fine....... tryin to 'do his thing' with the ladies of the tank.
So I think best for now is to rehome him... thanks though melody :) and. right now my 10gal is way over crowded so it's prolly best. I had to put my bristle nose pleco in from my cichlid tank, cuz they were tryin to make him dinner.. poor thing has no bristles right now.

Personalities can vary, I'm sure your gut is steering you well.
You should consider a quarantine tank though, especially with Guppies - they're disease magnets.
Now I'll let you get on with your rehoming...lol....good luck!
