Blue Bee Shrimp

For starters, I wouldn't know a bee shrimp from a bumble bee shrimp. However, as the saying goes, I know what I like. ;) What's up with these Blue Bee Shrimp?

Somewhere in the dark, scary parts of my brain, I recall reading something about blue bee shrimp but they didn't always turn out blue or something or other, but I could be thinking of something different entirely.

Any info?
