Well, i am going to say no... but first we need a question answered
How large is the tank?
In my opinion, convicts will totally dominate(kill everything in) a small tank (10-50 gallons) and will terrorize(hurt everything in) a large tank (50gal+)
In my honest opinion, i would not put them in with those fish. They are called the muderers of the fishkeeping world for a reason.

Waterpond is correct, there will come a time nothing will be safe from the convicts.

Thanks, I put them in there own 20g tank. They are about 2" right now. So I now have a cichlid tank.

20 gallon will do for a while, but if you have a breeding pair (m/f) then you will want to upgrade to at least a 30gal, but preferably a 55, just for 2 fish, and maybe some dither fish.
