Does anyone recognize this catfish?

This guys approximent measurements are 12" long,4"tall, and about 2" wide.

That looks like a "Black shark", do a search for Labeo Chrysophekadion

Forgot to add, not a cat nor a shark but a member of the Cyprinidae family
