You may remember, a while back I posted about a new arrival of shrimp in this thread http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/showthread.php?t=782

Well, this morning I found that some of my new comers have been busy !

It's hard to see from the picture, but all the tiny white specs in the Java moss are baby Bee shriimps.

There's hundreds of them ! :wideeyed:

If you hadn't said anything, I'd be going, "oh nice moss Blaine has"! They are so tiny, how long does it take them to start to grow and look like shrimp? Or are they mini shrimp right now? How cool for you, it must be spring. You got some at least one baby plumetail platy and now baby bee shrimp. Can I have some of your water?

Keep us updated with pics as these little guys grow. Will be neat to follow along.

They are supposed to be miniature versions of the adults, but they're so small I can't tell !

At first I thought I had some kind of waterbug invasion !

But they are white and black so they must be little shrimps.

Awesome Blaine! Those tanks are going to be overflowing soon....

With any luck at all, they'll overflow directly into mine... ;)

Congrats Blaine! You're going to have more shrimp crawling around than you know what to do with! :wideeyed:

All you need now is a 'Fishy' Pipeline from Calgary to your place... then they can flow right into your tanks.

Well blaine's a handy-type, he can pull it off. ::D: Just as long as we don't leave it to Ms. All-Thumbs over here. I'd probably plumb it directly into his toilet:rolleyes: .
