So after spending like 12 hours in the oven my snail cookies still turn into disgusting mush after about a half hour in the water. :realmad: Of course by then not even the goldfish will touch them, and lets face goldfish eat EVERYTHING! So I am now on a quest for a dehydrator. There seem to be so many to choose from that I'm a little lost. 5 drawer systems, flat systems yeah, no idea.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on what model dehdrator you own and the pro's/con's that come with it.

Thanks everyone! Have a great weekend!

Kathleen

Mine is no longer in production (its a drawer model), but my advice would be to check out 'previously owned' places. Many people get dehydrators as gifts or with good intentions, and then never use them. You can get them for a song. I traded snails for mine  .

 I would too, if moving it didn't mean having to clean where it was.
