Just wondering if these guys are easy to take care of. im sick of guppies, they reproduce WAY too fast, and im getting rid of them to the LFS.. and only keeping a few males.. do they do okay with fish? or do they fin pick? never had them before.. how many should i get to start? it's a 29 gal tank.

Red Cherry shrimp are very easy to keep. Very adaptable.
In the right conditions, they will reproduce faster than guppies !

They seem to ignore fish completely, it's more likely that the fish would chew on them.

For a larger fish they would be a great snack !
