About the forum question

Ok i see you guys chatting back and forth on the different topics, my question is do you have to keep logging off and on to see new posts? i know its not like msn chat or one of those programmes, thanks for any help.

No need at all to log on and off to view new posts. As long as you are not using your browser's 'Back' button to move around, every time you move to another page on the forum, new post and thread icons are refreshed. Your current page can also be refreshed by pressing the F5 key.

Some other helpful hints:

Click the link to the home page (Canadian Aquarium Connection - Canada's Fish Community - Based in BC (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/index.php)) either at the top or below the last post to get back to the home page... or you can click the CAC logo.
Clicking on Today's Posts - Under 'Quick Links' on the Menu will show you all of todays posts with unread ones in bold.Note: We recommend you do not use your browser's 'Back' button to move around as you will be looking at a cached version of the page... not the current one leading to confusion and missing posts which have since been made.

it does work::D: , we have known each other for about 9 years , and have been married for almost 5 years, the right partner isnt always in youre home town, one problem though, it does cost a lot of money to visit ones new friend when they live 22 hours on a plane away from you lol, oh and you guys drive on the wrong side of the road!!!:laugh:

I just use the 'New Posts' button near the top of each page, shows any posts I haven't read. :smile:

Mick, when you posted this thread, I realized we did not have a clearly identifiable section in which people could post their questions. So we have now renamed the 'Member Suggestions' section to 'Forum Questions and Suggestions' and as you can see I moved your thread here.:smile:

Although the answers to most forum questions can be found in the FAQs, not all can be found there. And so, questions posed here provide an additional resource for other members who too need additional info. :smile:
