Heaven only knows how long it will be before we see it, but one UK company is THIS close to a vaccine for Koi Herpes. This disease is one of the most dreaded amongst Koi keepers - it wipes entire populations in record time. Hopefully we'll see it soon.
The Birmingham-based company, which was set up in 1996 to develop a herpes vaccine, has taken advantage of the much laxer regulation for animal medical treatments to create a vaccine for the deadly Koi Herpes Virus (KHV). ~Telegraph, UK
