The Weekend to End Breast Cancer (http://www.endcancer.ca/)

My friend Leslie is participating as one of the many people participating in this event (each walking 60 km. that weekend). In learning more about this event, I found out that each walker not only commits to walking that distance but also raising $2000. And so, this is no small commitment! She is part of the team Warriors for the Cure (http://www.endcancer.ca/site/TR?team_id=25227&pg=team&fr_id=1203)and is not a breast cancer survivor herself but her team captain Roberta is.
I decided to support Leslie with a $50 donation as my part in raising money for Breast Cancer Research. What can you do?
If you have registered as a walker in this event, let us know so we can have the opportunity to sponsor you.
If any of you know someone walking in this event, and would like to support them, just log on to: http://www.endcancer.ca (http://www.endcancer.ca/), select the City in which they are participating, and then type in their name. Donations can be in any amount and are tax deductible.
If you don’t know anyone participating and would like to add your support, feel free to sponsor Leslie. Your support would be greatly appreciated. To sponsor her, select Vancouver and type in her name: Leslie Murray.
