I ask as I've got my albino cory fry in a tank with my guppy fry. I noticed this a.m. a guppy fry nipping a cory's tail. Looking closely, there are a couple like that, all others are fine.

If I have to separate, can I put the guppies in the 29 gallon with my sword and platy fry?

Also, another question. I see that my pleco eggs have little eyes and spines so won't be long before they become free swimming. They are also in the 29 gallon along with Mom and Dad. Should they be moved out of there? Can they go in with the cory fry?

So many fry and fish and so few tanks!!:laugh:

You can mix the species if they are of the same temperament & size range. Sometimes issues arrise, like your nipping, in which case they have to be separated. I keep all of my Livebearer fry together if I separate them from the adults.

Baby BN's are fine with their parents - Dad takes care of the hatchlings in the cave as a rule, then he lets them out when he feels its safe for them.
