So headed up to Port Alberni for Thunder In The Valley, a once a year drag race. Over 300 entries, each year it is getting bigger and bigger.

I see hubby managed to clean my puddle of drool off the hood before taking photos. MAN WHAT A CAR!!!! Next time I jump in your bags and go with you!!!! I love the drag races. I should have just jumped in the trunk when I was there....LOL

Glad you had a blast. Looks like so much fun!

Looks like fun! Barb I'm thinking he won't allow tanks in the garage in place of the chevelle though. :nah: The snowmobile one cracked me up, they raced it?

Yah, probably not for ousting the chevelle. But I do have a garage attached to the house or, Chevy will be leaving one day, a huge bonus room above the garage. I better stop now before I really go obsessive (or eccentric which I would be to the non-fishy people!)

Yep, the snowmobile raced, wheels on the front skis and instead of a paddle for the rear, a slick. It was funny to see it first come out, then it took off!

Agreed, nice car! Looks like John spends as much time on his Chevelle as you do on your tanks!

Ed, I would say his purchases for his car FAR exceed what I spend on fish. LOL His passion is cars, mine is animals. Good match? Although, ... he was not impressed the time Traco tried to jump in the front of his truck. It was like a bull in the china shop, as Traco is a 100 lb. Doberman!
