I took Pam's advice and put the two young uns together a few days ago. And look who's been hitting it off. I don't see them without each other. They always seem to be stuck to the same object, pretty much side by side. Now.. even if these were young males.. would they be that friendly???

My two adults males that are in the 75 gallon with out any females still squabble a bit. Yours may still be young enough not to squabble yet, but I kind of think since they are spending soo much time together that they are not.
Now that they are together is one bigger than the other, they are the same age right?

You can see the pink on the one, can you get a head shot of the other? They in the big tank, they'd look so tiny if they were in there.

I'm not 100% sure, but I know they are close. The one with no pink is larger than the one that looks to be starting the pink. The one with the pink just starting may be slightly younger. A month maybe...

I'll try and get head shots of them side by side. They are both in the 125 gal now and ... heh heh heh.. they do look pretty puny... they're still pretty young though. Around the 2" mark .

In the bottom phto they had changed places. So the bottom pleco in the bottom photo is the larger one without pink. I'll try again to get head shots of them together. They always seem to be stuck to that silly pc of wood.
