new fishies

I went to our aquarium society's monthly meeting today.. saw Rusty Wessel speak, which was awesome.. then came home with a big bag of goodies at super prices.

here's what I got...

3 wild caught corydoras melanotaenia from for $9
2 L144 - the golden black eyed bristlenose
corydoras aeneus "black" one bag of 3 for $12, the other bag of 3 for $16
corydoras weitzmani.. 3 for $21

I ran out of money or I would have bought more... there was several more bags of plecos and corys I wanted.. it was amazing.. best auction I have been to in ages.

Nice scores! I knew the Black-eyed Gold BN market was getting saturated....lol...they're everywhere now.

You should get some cards made up and give them to the breeders so when you run out of money, they can call you and you can make private deals.:;):

Lots of great fish at great prices! Awesome. Local club auctions can be great places to score some really nice fish. Of course we'll nag you for pics once you get them settled.:;): i

I already talked to the guy selling them and I have bought fish from him several times in the past.. so it is in the works to get more from him :;):
