First, my appreciation to Jay {CACAdmin} for staying up all night to install and test the Feedback System. :coffee2: Doing these things in the wee hours means less inconvenience for members. He has also spent at least the past week implementing it on a test version of the forum he set up for just these types of things. He's very big on testing in order to ensure a positive user experience. Kudos for going the extra coffee-laden hours Jay!

Why a different system? We are growing at an impressive rate and we've barely even started marketing (we haven't even been in launch a month!). As the membership increases Canada-wide, the current 'thread' system will quickly become impractical. The new system will spare you searching for a username to see if a feedback thread has been started.
The Feedback 'How To's' are in the FAQ section, but I thought I'd post it here to be sure everyone found it.
To give feedback to a member, click on their username anywhere you find it in the forum & choose View Public Profile.
The member's public profile will be displayed. Scroll down. At the bottom on the right under Group Memberships you will see a 'Buy/Sell/Trade' link. Click this link. It will take you to the feedback area for that member where you can view or post feedback.
Please note that the comments are limited to an 80 character 'publicly viewable' comment. A more in depth comment can be posted for the member to view.
To view your own feedback, you can either follow the same procedure are above or access it through your User CP. It is at the very bottom of the list of links on the left of your screen in your User CP.
We have big plans for a community which facilitates easy trade between Canadian hobbyists across several methods & formats. Stay tuned!
