Boy do I miss the 80's ! And went browsing on youtube this weekend, and went down memory lane ! I got to see old videos I have not seen since I was a teenager, and some old show openings as well....

Here are two of my Fav's I found:

I loves this song and still do !! : Haywire : Dance Desire (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCsVtud-L14)

And this was one of my favorite shows !! : Greatest American Hero (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9b1-A7nP1MA)

I sat in front of the TV when I was a kid with a tape recorder and taped the beginnings of my favorite shows... Littlest Hero was another one! LOL!

Boy do I FEEL OLD now ! LOL!

It would be best for our collective human dignity if the eighties were erased from history. Most of the recording "artists" from the era should be dragged out and shot on the Whitehouse lawn.
I'm ashamed to say I lived through nine of those years, luckily I was too young and sheltered to have been exposed to much of the horror.

I was recently reading about Coca-cola's failed product "New Coke" when I came across this vomit inducing image which brought the full repugnance of the era rushing back...

Apparently this guy and his slogan "C-c-c-catch the wave!" were actually a huge success

I don't know that I'd call Max Headroom a huge success, if I remember, his 15 minutes only lasted about 2 minutes :twitcy:.

This is a little after the 80's but that Coke ad got me thinking: who else remembers Crystal Pepsi? I never did get it, if I wanted a clear drink why not just have Sprite or 7-Up?
