I just wanted to pass the good news on that I am the proud owner of two new trios of killies. the first is Aphyosemion marginatums and the second trio is Fundulopanchax gardreri mamfensis. I was quite happy to come home two days after being tanked to find eggs in both floating mops as I really hadn't expected any spawning that quickly after their trip over from Winnipeg.
I will try to get some pics of these guys one of these days this week for you all to see as I know everyone likes pics around here. :;):

I think you'll really like the A. gabunense marginatum. They are one of my favourites. See http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/showthread.php?t=2608 for some info on my experience with them.
I can't wait to see photos of your gardneri. There are so many populations of this fish and they all look a little different.

I figured the corys weren't using the mops, so I might as well get some mop spawning killies and throw them in the tanks with the corys so someone could use them.

Love is in the air! Found some blue gularis eggs in my mop today. Thanks Andrew (PPulcher) for reminding me to check em! Maybe we can have a big killi swap in the future. C'mon Melody you HAVE to be involved in this trade, you know you want some killies!

congrats on the eggs...
update for you all.. I got another male A. marginatum in the mail today as the second male of my trio didn't make the last shipment... :) I also should be checking the mops again fairly soon as I am sure there are more eggs in there by now

Eggs are really easy to ship for swaps, particularly in the warm (but not hot) months.

Yep and you aren't that far from me anyways. One of my girlfriends lives in Aurora so I'm down that way a lot & if I ever find a house/get my way we'll be moving there.
