I've wanted these for years and got my hands on some last year but promptly killed them in pH crashes  . This year I managed to get some from my friend, Bill Allen.

You can Google "Liberty Molly" for pic's of adults, as these don't have their full colors yet. Their fins will get redish orange & black, maybe with white flecks, and they have a blue/mauve/green/gold sheen to the body. There are pic's of adults here:

These young adults are just starting to breed:

The flash pops the pastels out on the body - how much color you'd in the body at this age depends on your lighting. The green isn't that pronounced, for example, that's the flash at work.

I'll try to get better pic's later, but MAN are they fast!

Somewhat, but I don't think they're going to be as brightly colored as some of the populations are - much more subtle. I'm actually getting rid of my existing males and putting a P. Velifera male on a couple of the Liberty females to see how the colors look in sailfin form  . I have to pick and choose how many species I keep since I can't keep them all separate unless I limit myself. I'll try to get more pic's before they go to their new home.
