Thanks to a big box of fish and snails from Melody and a little procreation of my longer term residents I have new additions to show off !

Limia Perugiae, now that they have settled in a little, this is how they always are together, side by side.
The male doesn't seem to pester the female, at least not while I'm in the room, but the two of them stick together like glue.
Of course, one of the Red Velvet Swords had to be in the picture, they do like to be the center of attention.

Now he's happy, the star of the picture !

Poecilia latipinna, Rio San Antonio, a work of art by Mother Nature. Pictures don't come close to doing justice.

Another one decides to join the picture taking.

Everyone decided to get in on this picture, Melody sent along some of her Plumetail Platties and I decided to have them bunk with the P. Latipinna.
The Platties seem to have had an amazing calming effect on the nearly wild P. Latipinna. As long as I don't make any sudden movements or loud noises they don't panic and go into hiding.
I haven't been able to get a clear look at my new P. Latipinna Coleto Creek or my new P. Velifera since they arrived.

A couple of Silver Lyertail fry and their proud papa, mom is on holiday in another tank.

Liberty Mollies, again, pictures don't do them any justice, very attractive and friendly fish.
Interesting how badly scratched my tanks look in pictures, you can hardly see the scratches normally.
That's all for today.
