Did my snails have babys?

I had 6 snails and 3 died.. anyways

They are physa snails they are about the size of a skittle! and they left this clear see-through gooey stuff in my tank, it has little white dots they are by the bottom..

did my snails do this?
are they eggs?
will they hatch?

Yep, those would be snails eggs.

My snail eggs hatch in about a week.
