Weighting down Veggies

Just found this neat little device for weighting down veggies on Plecofanatics.com called a Screwcumber.

I got a couple of those a year ago and they work great but I use a fork tied to a string to. ::D:

I either never got around to ordering it or I ordered it and its lost in a box somewhere, but I don't remember actually trying it. I use vegie clips a lot though.

I wonder if something like a stainless steel nail would work too. It's not nearly as cool as the corkscrew thing though.

OUCH! :err: I guess you could file the end though. It looks like a heavy duty spring...
