Suggestions for tankmates.

I was just wondering if anybody had any ideas or suggestions for cool yet suitable tankmates for a leaf fish. I'm a huge fan of "oddballs" and am considering acquiring a Nandus Nandus (type of leaf fish). The tank would be a 110g. I would like to have it well planted, probably potted plants in substrate, as well as surface vegetation.

Any input regarding plants or tankmates will be greatly appreciated.

According to the notes I made before I abandoned the idea of owning one...lol...a species tank is best. Otherwise, you'll need fish bigger than it is, which are also semi-aggressive. I was delighted to hear that one oddball fish that I like could be in the same tank - Knifefish. Otherwise I also noted the Giant Gourami and the more aggressive, larger Loaches.

I have no idea where I got that information, so please take it at face value and research the specific recommendations further if they interest you.
