Ok I found out I have a male and a female Mollie. The male is making the whole tank nuts:chatterbox: The female has been hiding and generally not herself.

So here's a dumb question....can you stop the male from being nuts? Like he is moving constantly? I don't want them to breed. I don't want no babies of any kind. How do i know if the female is gonna have babies?

I have moved him to a different tank....but he is bugging those guys too?

HELP! Hope I'm not gonna be a pest :spinny:

Mollies are an active fish but they won't harm anyone. There is usually one fish that takes over in a tank. Mollies are only aggressive if their tank is too small in my experience, so you may have a problem in that respect.

All female Livebearers are pregnant before they leave the store unless they're too young to breed. She will have babies for at least three months even if there's no male in the tank. The only way to not have babies is to get rid of the female, I'm afraid.
