For those of us who like to make our own food, this seafood (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/nutsea.html) chart is handy. You can download posters (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/nutinfo.html) in various sizes or view an electronic version. They also have charts for fruits (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/nutfruit.html) and vegies (http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/nutveg.html), but there isn't a whole lot on those that we'd feed our fish & more comprehensive lists are easier to find than they are for seafood.
