It's supposed to to good for us, but was wondering if it would be okay for the fish?
Would be nice if it was, as you could have a constant supply without taking up room in the fridge.:yes:
I now find myself looking at all veggies and wondering if it would make a good snack. (can't wait to start a fish friendly garden this spring.)

I don't see anything about it that would make it bad for fish, but I've never tried it. From what I can dig up, its supposed to be an excellent source of Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, and vegetable Protein. The challenge may be in getting them to eat it, but otherwise, if a vegie is ok for humans it is probably ok for fish. Many of them haven't been tried or documented though, so take that at face value. I noted with interest that it has a very high amount of calcium and I'd like to try it on the snails. Thanks for mentioning it!

I can't wait to see that garden ::D: .

Does it reseed itself on the chia or does it die eventually or is it a mother plant kind of thing? I would try it if it keeps going or maybe we can find the seeds?
