I bought an aquarium in december, every thing seemed to be fine then a month ago my tank exploded with diseases. Ick, Fin rot, Anchor worms. I have tried to treat the tank with all the best treatments and have followed the package directions. All my fish are dying. but none of the parasites are. Does anyone out there have any advice?

Can you give us some more details ? Tank size, types of fish.
Do you know what your water quality is ? Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, temp, water hardness etc.
The more detail you can give us, the better the chance we can help.

Diseases don't come out of no where... have you added any new fish or plants to the tank just before you got an outbreak of diseases?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had a rough time with your new tank. If you bought the tank in December and the problems started a month ago, I'd say you're seeing the results of a cycle. The cycle stresses and can even kill fish. While they're stressed they are open to diseases/parasites. There's a beginner's guide to cycling here (http://fins.actwin.com/mirror/begin-cycling.html). Its important to find the cause as well as treat the problems. Good luck!
