In the spring, I'm considering shipping some snails and plants, and I think, unless its hot, I would put a heat pack in. Do heat packs that are meant to keep your hands warm work for shipping live plants/snails? Or do you have to buy special 'aquarium heatpacks'?

The hand warmers don't have enough hours. I think the most I've seen is 12 hours, so they'd run out long before they reached their destination.

These are the type most of us use for shipping. I stick with the 72 hour one's just in case the package gets Canada Posted aka lost. :confused:
