There's a great thread on the 3rd page of the General section called-

Lifespan of Aquarium Fishes.

That & a google should tell you.
Hope that helps.

I did some searching and it was suggested on a couple of sites that they live 4-5 years however I can't vouch for the accuracy of the info.
Although neither of the following links indicate their lifespan, it might be of helpful to check them out for additional info.

A species profile: http://badmanstropicalfish.com/profiles/profile88.html
An interesting article: http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/breeding/Newman_S_daemon.html

I've had a couple variety of Satanaperca Juripari and Satanaperca Leucosticta, both are sold under the trade name of Juripari. Under proper conditions, they can live upwards of 8-10 yrs. I presently have a breeding pair that are nearing 5 yrs old. Of all our fish, The Satanaperca are by far my favorites.

I have to admit these little fish have stolen my heart :) When I sit and watch them they come up to the tank and look at me. I had heard that as they grow their color grows more intense? I find when i turn on the lights they have dark stripes that through the day disappear? And they have a gorgeous aqua color shine to them :)
