POND SEASON! Once again this year, I will extensively plan my Summer Tubbin' and maybe I'll even do it this time!
What's the plan for the rest of you? If you're in need of inspiration, check out the pond links (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/showthread.php?t=59) and add your fave's!
I'm looking forward to hearing from our pond/landscaping guru this year. He's educated in the field and everything! :Research:
Ladies & Gentlemen, Fish & Snails.... Mr. SB!

<cough>
Well the secret to a good pond as we all know, is lots of water!
I dream of streams and lakes and giant aquaculture facilities, but having no ground level real estate is kind of a slap in the face:)
What to do? Well tubbin' of course! Like Melody I also have extensive tubbin' plans! :wink:
I move to rename the section Ponds and Tubbin'!!
So without further ado, I guess we are kicking off the 2008 pond and tubbin' preseason celebrations! Good fortune and good luck to all!
:pompom::pompom::pompom:
I'll go and find some visual stimulus to get everyone stoked! pond pr0n! (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3629)

LOL Well as long as you don't have the drinking prob that turned George into No-Show-Jones, we're ok.
I even have the perfect pot for a pond. Its the one that I try to plant ever year and curse because there's no drainage holes.
Poke Jay about the name change :yes: .

OUCH! :err: Who do you think you're poking? Blaine's the one with the 'Poke me' avatar. :twitcy: OK, I'll get to it. :yes: Mr. SB, you noticed Melody told you to poke me. I guess she figures you're far enough away that I won't poke back. :laugh:

Tubs are about all some of us can manage because we don't have the space but they can be just as much fun. Big or small it's nice to sit by the pond on a summer evening.
We should've changed the name last year. You're fault... you just didn't speak up. :Neener: :BOLTS:before he gets out the poking stick again.

Something to look forward to with the 'snowstorm of the year' on the horizon.
I'll be doing my little nano pond too again this year.

My brother has a pond that came with his ranch but he doesn't have fish in it. I want to put some in but he said I have to come over and take care of them everyday!!!! Maybe someday I will teach him and he will want fish in there to look after. Melody if you have pond fish I bet he would want fish for his pond then!!!:laugh:
