Green spotted puffer has gill flukes

hello.. my gsp has gill flukes.. ive curretly been giving him salt baths and also i have been treating him with parasite guard which i don like to do cuzz its a chemical . anyone have any better solutions ?

I am admittedly all but ignorant when it comes to these fish...lol...but I do know they are supposed to be in near marine conditions already, which means salt dips probably won't help them. Salt baths also stress the fish if they're being dipped.

Gill Flukes are not the easiest parasite to get rid of, so you'll probably have to treat the tank with a med. I'll let the more experienced take it from there. Good luck!
