Dwarf gourami, bloated and has a "pimple"

Well It started with what looked like a little fin rot. Wich turned into a ***** spot on either side of his spine. I was using pimafix to try and help him. In my 33gal. Well I noticed he was extremely bloated now as well. I isolated him in a bucket of tank water. Not really seeing anything wrong with any of my other fish I want to keep it that way. Any Idea what might be going on. I can't get pics cause I don't have my camera.

Sorry to hear you lost him. Without a pic it's hard to say what it was. Have a look here in Guides to Fish Illness (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/showthread.php?t=310) here to see if you can identify it. It's good that you isolated him though. Keep a close eye on your other fish for any signs of illness.

I'm sorry to hear that. Dwarf Gourami are particularly prone to bacterial diseases, unfortunately.
