When you post a reply, there is a section underneath that says Addistional Options. Just click the button that says Manage Attachments, then in the window that opens click Browse to select your file then click Upload.

There is also a 'papercliip' http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/images/editor/attach.gifat the top of the window. Just click that, click browse to find you file on your computer & then click upload.
