We should get a whole new forum and put it under General Topics - non Aquaria (http://www.canadianaquariumconnection.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=43) and name it R.I.P or something simple and then when a fish or pet or grandma or grandpa or mom or aunt or uncle or dad.. ECT. passed away/dies you can put it there and we can all share our love...

We try to keep the forum sections to the minimum. Those threads have a place that they fit into already as a rule. The sections titled as such often go unread because they're more than a little depressing. I've never read a forum RIP section for that very reason.
We'll see what others think about it but that's my view. Thanks for the suggestion!

Or maybe title it something like..
Fish loss lessons..
That kind of idea, it doesnt sound depressing, and it signifies a LEARNING reason for the topic. That way people can learn from the unfortunate incidents of others, and work to prevent it happening to them.

Here's a link towards a topic entitled 'Lessons Learned'. Honestly I don't see the need for an entire new section but that's just my 0.02

We usually have illness threads leading up to losses and they're a great source of learning if you'd like to keep an eye on those.
