The next VAHC club meeting is Wednesday, June 4th at 7:30pm.
This month we have special treat for you. Our guest speaker will be Jeff Marliave, VP Marine Sciences, at the Vancouver Aquarium. His presentation is titled Fish Habitat; Refuge vs. Food Web, the example of Glass Sponge reefs in Georgia Straight. There will be many ideas in this talk that can be applied to your home aquarium.
We'll also have our usual Q&A session and mini-auction of plants & fish.
From now on we'll meet at 7:15pm - around the side at the new Marilyn Blusson Learning Centre for all meetings. From there we'll go to whichever room we've got for the evening. This should help to prevent the "Lost member" syndrome.
This is our last meeting before the summer break so I encourage you to come out, listen to Jeff and participate in the Q&A and mini-auction.
