Just thought I would share some of my fishie pics.

First my Boesmani Rainbows. These fish are about 2 years old and every day their colour amazes me. They currently reside in my 55G tank with my angels and some SAE's

Next, my baby angels. Well, not babies, I have had them for a year, but their my babies, cause I raised them all by myself....Mom and dad hardly helped at all ;).

A few months ago Melody sold me these really drab looking fish. They looked something like this:

She promised me that they would get more colour. Time passed and I thought she was wrong. Then I took a closer look and realized that the was right! (I never should have doubted her in the first place :FishOnDaHead:)

This is what they look like now:

Here is mom really really pregnant:

And their babies:

Last, but not least my Rio San Antonio Mollys. When I first got these fish they hid all day long. I would look over at their tank and wonder if there were even fish in the tank. As soon as I put the Liberty Mollys in the tank they started to come out a whole lot more. Of course the Liberty Mollys are a lot more tame.

That's all I have for now, unless of course you want to see some non fishy friends, I have lots of those too...

Beautiful shots & fishies - thanks for sharing them. I love all the Rainbows, every last one of them, but I don't have the space for everything I love and got rid of mine. You've made me miss them.

How are your baby Angels feeling now?

Wild-types are like fine wine, cheese and ME - better with age.

Patience, patience, patience, and about 2,000,000 pictures deleted for every one that I posted . When all else fails, I break out the food and bribe them . Aside from some of the livebearer pictures, none were taken with a flash. I do have decent lighting on the 55G tank though so if the fish sit still for more than a nano second I can get a decent pic. The rainbows were displaying for eachother and challenging eachother when I got that picture. I tried for almost a year to get a decent picture of them. :err:

I am not sure how to gauge how they are feeling actually. Some still aren't eating, but their activity has picked up and they are passing waste that actually has some colour in it for a change. I would tentatively say they are on the road to recovery.

and i want some of those livebearers someday.. lol :twitcy:

There are lots here if you want an early Christmas present. , of course you will have to convince someone to take out a bank loan to finance it .

Thanks all for the kind comments, I appreciate every one of them
