There are all sorts of free publications available to those who are into fish conservation, fishing, aquaculture, etc. Its also great stuff for fish clubs. I'll be adding to the thread as I find more so keep checking back. Please feel free to post any that you know of. Thanks!
Invading Species of Canada (http://www.invadingspecies.com/Library.cfm) has a very good library of free publications regarding conservation (invasive fish and aquatic plants), including fact sheets of how hobbyists can help the environment & brochures such as 'Wait, Don't Dump Your Bait'. Also included are invasive species ID cards, posters, stickers, information, loaner Videos and more.
University of Wisconsin Marine Sciences Division (http://www.aqua.wisc.edu/publications/SearchResults.aspx?txtSearch=free) offers several publications including invasive species cards & other conservation publications, fish for food info (filleting, nutrition info, freezing, etc), careers in Marine Sciences info, Aquaculture info, water safety and more. Ships to Canada.

I received my package from the University of Wisconsin Marine Sciences Division (http://www.aqua.wisc.edu/publications/SearchResults.aspx?txtSearch=free) today. Very nice stuff I must say. I received their Aquatic Sciences Chronicle, a couple of color invasive species ID cards, a "Dispose of bait in the trash" sticker, and a really nice color brochure "Protect Our Waters", which includes a big "Stop Aquatic Hitchhikers" sticker with tips for boaters.
There's lots more there that can be ordered for free, postage paid. It would be an awesome thing for clubs to have for members, be they aquatic, fishing or boat clubs.

Free 'Fishing Hurts' Pamphlet
From the website (http://www.nofishing.net/fishPack.asp):
PETA's Fish Empathy Project is based on hundreds of scientific studies that prove that fish are intelligent individuals, just like mammals. Fish have long-term memories, and they are able to learn from one another and recognize other fish. Fish gather information by “eavesdropping,” and they even use tools, which until recently was thought to be a uniquely human trait. And of course, in their ability to feel pain, fish are equal to dogs, cats, and all other animals.
For people who oppose cruelty to animals, the abuse of fish by the fishing industry (as well as by sport and recreational fishers) should be a major concern. More than 17 billion fish are killed for food in the United States alone each year, and sport and recreational fishing kill another 245 million annually. Without legal protection from cruel treatment, fish are impaled, crushed, suffocated, or cut open and gutted—all while they're still conscious.
While I personally don't think that boycotting fish as food is the answer, it does promote more humane fishing practices.
The clothing (http://www.petacatalog.org/prodinfo.asp?number=TS184&variation=&aitem=7&mitem=31) is cute  .
