Boy do those ever look good... mmmmmmmmm! I'd have one but I doubt there's any left. (BTW, I prefer waffles over pancakes, too).

There is actually lots left. I did a double batch and froze a bunch and took a couple to work for friends. Did anyone else recognize Shrove Tuesday?
