:pompom::waycool::pompom:
Now I just have to complete my hours with the dietitian, which I should have done before the end of May.
And
3 weeks left until we leave for Ottawa to write the final exam.
Thanks to all of you who cheered me on through the last two years.

Thanks Anna and Namor.
GP it does feel good!!
Gary Seeing as I am a mature student I would prefer a wine spritzer at the moment. Not sure what else. I just finished a nutrition course and you suggest those foods. I think I will have to pass.:laugh:
:secret:Now if anyone has some fudge I might be able to twist my arm.
I did kind of celebrate I just spent $369 on new clothes!!

Congrats on completing your course work Pamela. It sounds like you will have the whole weekend free to celebrate before you need to get your feet back on the ground.

While I'm sure it wasn't the same for you, the time sure flew fast for me! It seems like a few months ago that you started. Excellent work - I'm totally proud of you!

It's a battle to go back to school and retrain, especially when you are living a real, grown-up life. You've done a great thing there, and it's almost at the finish line.
I remember when I went back to school in my mid-twenties, and that feeling of almost being there. It's a good one. Hang in there, get ready for the exam and then do a snoopy dance!
What's the timing for the exam in Ottawa? I have to chaperone a school trip there on April 18.

Thanks! It is such a relief to be done. It does not seem that long ago now that I am finished, but this last year did seem to drag. And most of you were with me through the whole two years!!
Gary I will be arriving in Ottawa on the 18 and leaving on the 25th. Lectures start on the 20th - 23rd exam is on 24th from 8:30 - 11:30 then we are done. Not heading home til the 25 th. Are you chaperoning high school students or public school?

Looks like we will be too early for the tulip festival. I am actually getting stuff done this weekend. Big pot of spaghetti sauce on and cinnamon bun dough rising.

Too early in the morning to think about spaghetti. I'm just having my first coffee of the day but cinnamon buns? MMMMMmmmmmmm!!! I'll be right over.
You may be too early for the Tulip Festival but that's the weekend of the Daffodil Festival here in Bradner, BC. It's been so cold this year I hope the Daffodils are ready :wideeyed: ... The Victoria Flower count (normally the last week of February) had to be postponed until Mar 19-23 this year.

Too early in the morning to think about spaghetti. It is early even for supper but it takes 3 hours, doing to put in the freezer for when I am away and to take to dad's. May have some for supper tomorrow night though.
I'm just having my first coffee of the day but cinnamon buns? MMMMMmmmmmmm!!! I'll be right over. Not ready yet, just on second rising. Plain or cream cheese icing?

Cream cheese please. Let me know when they're ready and I pour myself another cup of coffee to have with it. Too bad you're so far away but this way I can enjoy them without paying the price of the extra pounds.

Got my coffee and those cinnamon buns look positively decadent! I think I could put on pounds even having them over the intenet. And I think I can smell that homemade bread cooling from here.

Thanks for the thought anyways. Two weeks? I hope all that snow is gone by then. However, if I remember correctly (after all these years), once the weather starts to warm up back there, it melts pretty quickly. Here's hoping you have sunshine, too!
