We talked about going, but we just don't have the required time off work or the gas money to take a road trip right now. Wish we could, we had a BLAST last time. :)

Well, I picked up 2 bags of Monty swords at the auction. They're just little ones right now, maybe a month old.
Supposed to be from a Rusty Wessel collection.
I paid a mint for them, but still way cheaper than flying them in from the US.
Lots and Lots of stuff there ! I think maybe it wasn't quite as busy as the auction last fall, but lots of people. Items were going for pretty good prices.
I'll see if I can a few pictures of them tomorrow, right now I need to .

I knew you couldn't come home empty handed, Blaine. Nice find. Glad to hear the auction was a success and that they we netting good prices for items. Sometimes, it's a shame when things go for next to nothing (great for the buyer, but not so great for the seller or the club.) We'll let you grab some sleep for now. What time shall I expect to see pics in the morning? ... just kidding. We'll let you get them settled first.

Nice I can't wait to see how those swords look. I wish I could have been there but we are going to Calgary in late May so gotta save up for that trip.

Nice score! I think getting them young is a good plan anyway - they don't always adapt well. If they were raised locally that increases your chances too. Good luck!
