Spring will have sprung soon, and the auctions are a big part of what the site wants to do to build a community. We can exchange ideas, but also fish and equipment for fishkeeping here. What fish would we like to see available in the auction when it warms up?

livebearers and killifish for me. What a surprise!. But I look more and more at the rainbow. I have contact Gary Lange for the CAOAC convention and he will bring me some species.

You forgot a few choices!
Cichlids
Livebearers or killifish
Rainbowfish
Others - catfish, Tetras, etc.
Plants
Supplies (Tanks, food, etc.)
ALL OF THE ABOVE
I would pick all of the above. :)

I'll be expanding my number of tanks over the summer , and will be looking for plants, would love to buy some from hobbyists rather than the store!

One can never have too many pleco's. I'd like to see freshwater shrimp at some auctions, other then mine!

Lol yeah freshwater shrimp are always great as well as some really beautiful Plec's. I don't know about other areas but around here there is a flooding of albino ancistrus species. I of course would love to see some killifish, more livebearers, definitely more plants, maybe even more starter food cultures, equipment. Really I just enjoy buying aquarium stuff and would love to see more of it at our auction.

Great thread idea!
Hmmm.... quality. That's my number one blanket answer, with quality including specimen and health. I'm tired of throwing my money away on garbage that may or may not live. Hobbyist fish are in better health 90% of the time, in my experience, so I'm totally pumped about seeing more listings as the weather warms up. I also like to see the rare, unusual & obscure. I don't mind paying reasonable prices for creatures that meet my demands either. :NoWay:
